Q:
Co znaczy Learning Japanese is tough because you have to understand the culture just as much as the language. ?
A:
i think at least in this case its equal. I haven't seen it where A is more then B in that kind of sentance but it could just be that I haven't seen it before/can't remember.
If A were to be bigger thenB it might be worded something closer to:
"Learning Japanese is tough because you have to understand the culture more then the langue"
I did a google translate and it could just be a language barrier where the translation is slightly different then the english meaning. if someone says "as much" to you in person they mean something is equal to something

Q:
Jaka jest różnica między "Learning English is vitally important." i "Learning English is of vital importance." ?
A:
The first one isn't quite proper. You can't really use the word vitally with the word important, as vital basically means "very important". It's kind of like saying the same word twice.
The second one is absolutely perfect, and yes, it sounds formal. If you want to say this informally, try saying something like "Learning English is crucial", "Learning English is extremely important", or "Learning English is very important".
The last example that I listed sounds the most informal.
I hope that helps. :)

I think this was a good essay. Most of your vocabulary was correct. You were only missing a few words. I recommend if you post another long message you should put it on Lang-8. They have editing tools that will make it easier to see the changes I made. You can find my profile on that site. My username is Ukeath. I look forward to reading more of your posts.

Q:
Czy to brzmi naturalnie? Learning a language is not my cup of tea. Especially, some languages that have a lot of aspects to be memorized.
A:
I think “...some languages having a lot...” sounds more natural, but otherwise, yes. Perfect!
Q:
Learning English in China, the Chinese English teacher always says it is important to note that the syntax. But I heard that some foreign people will not care much about grammar, As long as can understand each other. Is this true?? (if this have any grammar mistake, please forgive me, my grammar is very poor; -))
A:
Good question. All I can tell you is what works for me:
Grammar is VERY important, since how you choose to express yourself determines what people think about you. Depending on what impression you want to make, sometimes you'd say things that are correct grammar and sometimes you'd say things that aren't considered correct. But they would still be natural.
Grammer is like looking in the rearview mirror, and much of what is considered "correct" today includes things that were incorrect but very common a generation ago.
To sound really natural, like others have already said, it's critical to imitate real native speech and writing as much as you possibly can.
Personally, I've never been able to get any real benefit out of studying grammar. I have received huge benefits from imitating native speakers.
For example, I take many of the HiNative answers by native speakers and put them in Anki (which is a SRS program) so I can practice them over and over and over... I do the same thing with things that native speakers post on Facebook, or Weibo or 百思不得姐 or whatever.
If you don't mind spending a little money, I've found materials from Glossika very helpful for imitating native speech. http://www.glossika.com/
In the end, this seems to help me learn natural language much better.
