The concept of "privilege" is a very prominent concept in social justice ideology in the West. The idea being explored in this sentence is that someone can come from "privilege", such as a wealthy family, a good neighbourhood, have a functional family, etc, or someone can come from somewhere without privilege, born poor, disadvantaged, or into dysfunctional or abusive households.
A common view is that someone from a "privileged" upbringing will lack certain perspectives that cause them to misjudge situations that people without privilege are in. Someone who is very wealthy cannot understand the life of a beggar. This sentence is (perhaps jocularly or ironically) an accusation that the listener lacks perspectives like these due to their comparatively easy upbringing.

Q:
Czy to brzmi naturalnie? But 1⃣️I don’t have the privilege to make the dream come true2⃣️this dream seems to be too much for me 3⃣️this dream is a luxury as I have been occupied with my work and family affairs for recent years.
A:
These all work completely fine! 2 and 3 have somewhat different connotations (2 sounds like you are personally unable to achieve the dream, 3 sounds like there are external reasons you are unable to achieve the dream). 1 could be used in place of either 2 or 3, and carries no connotations as far as the circumstances preventing you from achieving the dream.
Q:
I don't understand what "a privilege" means in the first paragraph below. Please explain to me in detail.
A:
Basically, privilege means “a special right, advantage, or immunity granted or available only to a particular person or group”
For example, “I didn’t have the privilege of getting the new iPhone XX” or “I had the privilege of meeting a famous star”.
In this example, they “write between the lines”. My understanding is that many people are shocked about what happened with George Floyd, but the African Americans are not - things like this happen often for them, so they aren’t as surprised. People that aren’t as affected are more ‘privileged’, as they don’t have to experience that. So, being surprised (and not affected by it) is not a privilege many African Americans have.
This is my interpretation of it. I hope this clears things up a bit!!

Q:
Czy to brzmi naturalnie? It was such a privilege to listen to your story and your view of this country.
A:
"Thank you for inviting me to your house party last night. I thoroughly enjoyed our discussion about the US election and its societal issues."
You could say something like that instead.
"It was such a privilege to listen to your story" sounds natural, but your description doesn't match this. Did your professor talk about himself and his experiences? It sounds like he talked about his country's politics rather than about himself.
"This country" is okay if you are in the US, but it doesn't sound that great to English speakers. It's hard to explain why, but it sounds rather distant and sounds like something a foreigner would say. We usually say "US" or "America" instead of "this country" when we talk about the US. But we do say "this country" for general statements. (If this is confusing, don't worry about it.)
