It sounds natural in this context. I think sweeping views is plural because it has the sense of needing to look around to take in all the views. In the singular “the view” is what you can see in front of you.
You could say “the hotel room has amazing views from the panorama windows” for example - the suggestion being that you would have to move or look around to take it all in.
