Because weather is closely relevant to my feelings* for example, rainy days make me feel like I don’t want to do anything, and too cold or too hot weathers make me feel irritated.
If I could change the weather as I like, I would make every day autumn.

* It’s understandable but a little unnatural, i would put it like “because weather affects my mood”
or “my mood changes based on the weather”

A: I'd personally say "Why do you use social media?" In English, we wouldn't use the word sns!
