"Удалять" is continious action. Like Present (or Past) Continuos in English.
"Удалить" means that action is finished. Like Present Perfect or Past Perfect in English.

@Clauril I understand that there are no future tenses in English and Finnish language, but anyway we speak about future...
In this case ("удалить" vs "удалять") there are no future tense. It is Perfect Tense or Continuous Tense. We can speak about the past:
"Я удалял это" (I was removing it) - I was doing it, but maybe I did not finish the work, maybe I failed or I was interrupted.
"Я удалил это" (I have removed it) - The work is done, I finished it, everything is removed.
I do not know Finnish well, just a few words, but I am sure, you can say the same thing in Finnish too
(Minä opiskelen suomea, mutta minä puhun vähän suomea)

@Arseny239 Ну молодец, ты хорошо знаешь. В каждом слове есть так? Ехать (сейчас) а как будет будущее время?

@Clauril да, почти для каждого глагола есть совершенное и несовершенное время. For (almost?) every verb there are Perfect or Continous Tense (Imperfekt in German).
If we are talking about Future Tense, some verbs (very few) do not have Furure at all (for example, "победить"), and some verbs must have "буду" to form the Future Tense.
We can say "Поеду" or "Уеду" or "Буду ехать".

@Clauril для будущего времени мы можем сказать "я удалю" или "я буду удалять"
In Future Tense, we can say "я удалю" or "я буду удалять"
"Я удалю" means that the work will be done, it will be removed.
"Я буду удалять" means that I will do it continuously, maybe every day or every week, several times, and also I do not guarantee the result. Maybe I'll fail.

@Clauril some more info to clarify the Future Tense in Russian.
If I say "я поеду" - I say something like "I will start my journey..." I do not say anything about the result. Of course, usually we mean that I will go to my destination point, but... who knows? To be absolutely correct, we do not say about the end of the trip.
If I say "я уеду" - I say "I will go away from here to...". I emphasize that I go AWAY, this is the main point. I do not want to stay here.
If I say "я приеду" - I say "I will finish my trip in..." I emphasize the end of the trip, the finish.
If I say "я буду ехать" - I say something like "I will be travelling.." (is it correct in English? I am not sure). If so, I am talking about the process mostly. I will sit in the train (or car), I will spend my time, I will eat or sleep... I do not say anything about starting point or ending point.
Usually most of these forms are almost synonyms, but there are some shades of meaning
For example:
"Когда я поеду в Хельсинки, я возьму с собой сына". "When I go to Helsinki, I will take my son with me". I am talking about the start of the journey. We'll start the trip, and I'll take my son with me. Of course, I suppose that we'll come to the destination point, but... who knows?
"Когда я уеду в Хельсинки, я стану там кинозвездой". "When I go away to Helsinki, I will become a movie star there". I want to emphasize that I will go away for some time, and maybe even forever.
Another version: "Когда я уеду в Хельсинки, не забудьте кормить кота". "When I go away to Helsinki, don't forget to feed my cat". I will be back, but I will be away for some time.
"Когда я приеду в Хельсинки, я сразу же пойду в музей Маннергейма". "When I come to Helsinki, I'll go to the Mannerheim Museum immediately". I do not say about the starting point, I am talking about the destination and the end of my trip. The trip must be succsessful in this case. If I have some problems with my documents and the board officer returns me back, I can't say "приеду" or "приехал". Я не приехал. Я не приеду в Хельсинки, если мои документы не в порядке. I will not come to Helsinki, if my documents are not ok.
If I say "я буду ехать", I do not talk about the starting point or destination point, I talk about the process.
Когда я буду ехать в Хельсинки на поезде, я всю дорогу буду пить кофе в вагоне-ресторане. When I will go (or even "be going") to Helsinki by train, I will drink coffee in the restaurant car all the way" I am talking about the journey itself, not the result. Maybe, I will not reach the destination, who knows.
And again: usually most of these forms are almost synonyms. You can say "Я поеду в Хельсинки завтра" or "Я уеду в Хельсинки завтра", - almost no difference. only the slight shadow of meaning.
I hope it will help. Feel free to ask if you have some more questions.

@Clauril to say more, in most cases in Russian you can also use the Present time to speak about future. The same way as in the Finnish language.
"Завтра я еду в Хельсинки" - I (will) go to Helsinki tomorrow. Huomenna minä menen Helsinkiin
"Завтра я сдаю экзамен по математике" - Tomorrow I pass math exams
But it this case you say about something determined. Or something very important for us. And it sounds a little bit expressively, emotionally (a little). It cannot be cancelled, nobody can stop me, everything is determined - I'll go there! Or - It'very important for me, I am going to pass the exams!
