I read it a few years ago, so I may forget some things. The characters are all likable, it is easy to follow, and the plot is decent. I chose not to finish the series because about halfway through it became the standard romantic fantasy action genre, which I am not interested in. My friends say this is one of their favorite series, however. If you are into immersive fantasy world books heavy on romance and with a dangerous female main character, I would recommend it. Even though I only read the first book, I would still say I enjoyed it and would read it again.

@cherryame thank you sm, i just don’t want to disappoint with the book, i read the reviews 50-50 is good and not good and it makes me a little bit confused :) then the book have heavy on romance? Too much lovey dovey or just typical romance?

The plot does not revolve around romance, but it's impossible to skip or ignore. It's very typical, which is why I didn't read the other books because I don't like romance novels. I wouldn't call it lovey dovey or gushy or gross. Also, in one of the later books my friends have said there is a scene where the main character sleeps with someone, so keep that in mind if you want to read it.

@cherryame okay thanks for you're answer, i'll keep that in my mind. i'll try read the first book, i'm ok with typical romance but i'm curious and interesting with the plot.
