"I dont have a manliligaw(someone who is courting them, i'm not sure what ut us in english)"
"Yes you have."
"Don't hide it."
Gago is a swear word.
"SERIOUSLY, I DON'T HAVE(one) I PROMISE."
"On tuesday angge should be there again.*
"Also their manliligaw."
"Also yours."

person A " wala ako gago" = "I don't have any." (It could also mean "I'm not here/there" if the context were different but since the following sentences talk about having something...)
"Gago" can be translated to "Dumbass", "idiot", or other similar words.
person B " Meron ka" = "You have (it/some/someone)."
*words in the parenthesis can be omitted in Tagalog.
person B " wag mo na itago" = "Don't hide it anymore."
person A " GAGO WALA PROMISE " = "Gago, (I have) none, I promise!"
Person B " HAHAHAHA Tuesday ha dapat nandyan ule si angge" = "HAHAHAHA On Tuesday okay, Angge should be there again."
Person B "pati manililigaw nya " = "And her suitor."
person B " pati sayo" = "And yours."
Although we translate "And" to "At" in Tagalog, we use "pati" whenever we add/include something/someone.

@MagEspanyolTayo so does it mean that the person A wants the person B to arrange them a meeting with a potential romantic partner since you said "suitor" ?

I'm not really sure what the entire scenario is but with the conversation you provided, I don't think that's what Person A wants.
Person A is denying that she has a suitor (or denying courting someone if Person A is a guy).
Person B doesn't believe Person A so he/she sort of dismisses Person A's denial and says to bring Angge again on Tuesday and include her suitor this time.
*Angge is probably a related to Person A. Maybe a sister or a close friend.
And Person B also adds that Person A should bring his/her suitor too (remember that Person B doesn't believe Person A).
I guess they're going out on a group date?
