I always get questioned by natives :
"Are you okay?"
Are people saying this to me because they're really worried or because I look clumsy?
Is it just a common greeting like how are you?

I can't speak french
I just communicate by english with them

Oh, I think it’s just the literal translation of :”ça va?” Or “tu vas bien?” A common greetings like you said above, don’t worry I don’t think it’s because you’re clumsy 😄
“Ça va?” and “tu vas bien?” Are used also to ask some if he’s okay :)

But may be you could ask them too 😜
