mon carnet (n')est pas là-bas, il est là ! (c'est is used for something in general or a location but here the subject is very specific..)

the second one is ok 👌

same thing for the third one c'est is not apropriate here :

Mon chat est là-bas, derrière la maison
or
Mon chat ? il est là-bas derrière la maison.
