Hi.

Is the name 'Joshua' common in Poland? If not, are there Polish versions of the name Joshua?

I think that Jozue is a polish version, but I don't know anyone with this name sorry :D

Like @chudy said, the Polish version would be Jozue. It is an extremely rare name, evoking strictly biblical associations and it might give a child a hard time at school and in later life.

The governmental database of PESEL (an identification number issued to every Polish citizen AND, what is crucial here, foreign citizens with a work permit etc.), shows the following frequency:

first name: Joshua – 831 cases; Jozue: 25 cases
second name – 255 cases; Jozue – 21 cases

The name Joshua belongs exclusively to foreign citizens (e.g. migrant workers), naturalized Poles or, possibly, to some children from a multicultural background (a Polish registry office would not permit the parents to use an ostensibly foreign name without a good justification, especially if there is a Polish equivalent – Jozue. An Anglosaxon background of one of the parents would provide such a justification). We have a strict law on acceptable names for children and ethnic Poles would have a hard time having this name approved for their child.

To give you an idea of how rare this name is:
All names with a similar frequency to Joshua are relatively popular names in FOREIGN languages, e.g. George, Gheorghe, Wolfgang, Bryan, Ryan, Alexandre, Nathaniel.

Jozue: This name might be chosen by ethnic Poles for their children, BUT is as rare as, e.g., Dovletgeldi, Turgut, Zheng or Yuji.
