SO i guess it was an informal post.

- The speaker is ลูก
- Mentioned แม่ and พี่ and เจ้าจุ๊ม

- this เจ้า is definition 3.3 (as shown in photo)

it is คำนำหน้าชื่อ "name title" that adult use เจ้า + name of a boy or girl -- nowsaday we also use เจ้า + name of pet or young animal.
eg. A:
- ไปตามเจ้าSarah มาให้หน่อยสิ
- ไปตามน้องSarah มาให้หน่อยสิ
= Get Sarah for me.

>> Both เจ้าSarah and น้องSarah indicate that the speaker is older than Sarah

>> AND "เจ้า"Sarah is a child OR any one who is much younger than speaker. -- eg. boss called young employee / teacher called young student

AND the speaker use "หน่วย" as a noun classifier to feel as if his;her pet is "one unit" of her pet's team -- it is just a speaker casual word preference ครับ

so instead of using normal sentence like: วันนี้แม่ขอหมาไปอยู่เป็นเพื่อนหนึ่งตัว
>> then speaker use
วันนี้แม่ขอเจ้าจุ๊ม / น้องจุ๊ม / อีจุ๊ม; ไอ้จุ๊ม ไปอยู่ด้วยหนึ่งหน่วย (u can omit หนึ่งหน่วย)
