What is the difference between 올림 and 드림?? I'm kind of lost because my korean teacher told us that 드림 was for 'equal people' and 올림 for someone in a 'highter rank', but in every forum that I saw, people are always saying that 드림 and 올림 are as formal as each other, just that 드림 is more use than 올림. I have to write a letter to a director and I don't know which one is better to use...

If you're a student of director we use 올림. But i think 드림 is more widely used in business. 올림 is like when kids write letters to their parents, students to teachers... etc.
