Yes! ^_^ Also when you have two things like "mochi, rice cake" you don't need a comma. Just put "and" in between them. You only need the comma if it's more then two things.

Oh well you could say "we have a custom of eating a lot of mochi, which are similar to rice cakes" or you could say "we have a custom of eating a lot of mochi, which are rice cakes" either one is fine really.
