Pytanie o angielski (amerykański)

i've learned 'be going to' and 'be ing(future tense)' have different meanings on occasions. but i really couldn't find any differences between them whatching american movies and youtube videos..... it looks like that natives(using english) never care about that. please let me know if there is any differences between them in everyday english conversation.

do you mean what is the difference between the word 'being' and 'be going to' or the difference between
'be ___ing' and
'be going to'

yes there's a difference between the two.
for example, "Will you be taking your test tomorrow?" is correct while saying "Will you be going to take your test tomorrow?" doesn't sound natural.

saying "Will you be going to take your test tomorrow?" only makes sense if you mean
"be going to" as in going to a place NOT going to do something like an action/verb.

so, this sentence would make sense if your asking why a person is going to a place. ex:
A:"I have to go to school early tomorrow."
B:"Will you be going to (school) to take your test tomorrow?"

another example:
"I will be talking" means I will talk in the future while "I will be going to talk" means I will go to talk/ I will go, so I can talk

oh I see but without will the sentences won't work because since we are talking about the future you need to add will or won't. saying "You be taking your test tomorrow?" sounds weird and wouldn't be correct while saying "Won't you be taking your test tomorrow?" or "Will you be taking your test tomorrow?" is correct.

from your ex sentences, "I'm going to call you later." is correct but "I'm calling you later." sounds unnatural

@ameliabrad: could you tell me why it isnt natural? i heard 'you are not dying here' from the movies often so i thought 'i'm calling you later' is okay as well. because they both was used in the same grammar(be ~ing)

"I'm calling you later." doesn't sound natural bc calling is a present particle but when you add 'later' your talking about the future. So it doesn't sound right to use a verb in the present when talking about the future. "You are not dying here." works bc here is now and the present while later is in the future.
